Say the thing you have been carrying.
We do not just book speakers. We curate experiences. We are looking for people with meaningful stories, valuable expertise, and authentic perspectives that inspire growth, spark conversation, and create connection. If you have something that could make a difference in the room, we would love to hear from you.
We do not say yes to everyone.
When we hand someone the mic we are handing them three things that took a long time to build: the people in the room, the energy in the room, and the trust those people put in us by showing up.
So we take our time with it, and sometimes we say no. That is almost never about how good someone is at speaking. Plenty of people we turn down would be excellent somewhere else. It is about whether the fit is right for what this particular room is for.
A lot of it comes down to a feeling, honestly, and that is a hard thing to put on a website. But we would rather tell you that than pretend it is a form you fill in and you are booked.

The stories that work here.
Something you actually lived
First hand. The version with the awkward parts still in it, not the version that has been smoothed over for an audience.
Something you have some distance from
You do not need it tied up neatly. It helps if you are far enough past it that standing up and saying it out loud will not knock you over.
Something the room can use
Not a lesson exactly. More that people leave with something they can hold on to, or try, or sit with.
After you send it.
- 1
You tell us
In your own words, at whatever length it takes.
- 2
The three of us read it
Deena, Kelly and Krista, together. No committee, no scoring.
- 3
We come back to you
Either way, you hear from us. A no is still a reply.
- 4
If it is a yes
We work out which night, and we help you shape it. You are not thrown in alone.
Tell us what you would say.
The application form is being wired up right now. For the moment, the contact page reaches the same three people.
